With law degrees from both China and the United States, she has over 11 years legal experience, in which 4 years are in Beijing, China and the other 7 years are in several states of the United States.  Her clients are mainly Overseas Chinese entrepreneurs in the United States, or Chinese businesses and individuals who are interested in international business or international investments.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Attorney’s Tian training and experience in small, middle-size and big international law firms, together with her internships in US Federal District Court and State Tax Court, give her a special perspective to handle clients’ case effectively and efficiently.  Most importantly, she understands the special concerns and needs of Chinese entrepreneurs, and is experienced in helping them in setting up business, corporate compliance, creative financing, contract negotiating and drafting and litigation defense.    &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The topic of this seminar is “Forming a Business Entity in MA”.
